Compositae-Canary Islands
A showy herbaceous cool-house plant. Large leaves, green above and purplish beneath, are grouped around dense, trussed stem flowers in various shades of white, blue, pink, red, and purple; often with white-eyed varieties, including tall Grandiflora mixed, dwarf Grandiflora mixed, Jester red, lester blue and Jester royal shades.
